The cleanliness of the room and hotel was top-notch, and the hot complimentary breakfast was delicious. the Front Desk staff, especially Brian and Bianca, were extremely polite and accommodating. the hotel manager, Eliona, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was personalized and memorable. The hotel amenities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pool and fitness center shared with Hilton, added to our enjoyment. the pool was nice and warm, and the separate Jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Despite a few minor issues like missing room amenities, the staff promptly resolved them, showcasing excellent service. The surrounding area, with attractions like the Knoll Golf Facility and Stickley Museum, provided ample entertainment options. the staff, like Ahmed at the front desk, were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. the comfortable beds, great breakfast spread, and the convenience of using the pool and fitness area at the connected Hilton made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Hampton Inn Parsippany exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, convenient location, and comfortable amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as it truly made our holiday unforgettable.
